The location was super close to the beach and the bus connection was good, but the apartment wasn’t completely clean when I arrived.

The place is super located, right on the sea. I was surprised to get an upgrade to a sea‑view apartment in the first row even though I had booked one facing the courtyard. It's perfect for friends, family, pets or couples—there's something for everyone. Mid‑late September was relatively quiet with plenty of beach spots. The staff were very friendly, communication was quick, check‑in and check‑out were simple. There was a shuttle to the parking lot and to the apartment on site when we arrived. The resort is beautiful with everything you need. Right in the middle is the Pula aquarium. The apartments are nice and had been renovated some time ago. The lamps on the bed were loose. The bathroom door was stiff/dragged. The socket for the floor lamp on the couch was broken.

The hotel is very close to the beaches and the window offers an incredible view, but the parking lot is far away and getting to it from the city is inconvenient.

The location right on the water is lovely and the beach is just outside the front door. I expected a small private place, but in reality the Beach Apartments belong to a large resort that manages all hotels, chalets and accommodations on the whole peninsula, making everything feel very impersonal. Two email requests I sent beforehand were never answered. The cafés, the expensive and poorly stocked supermarket and other venues are arranged along a central “avenue” that has the interchangeable charm of a shopping mall. The apartment itself smelled of mold.
