The staff were friendly and the lobby was nice, yet the place was noisy—no insulation meant I could hear people talking, footsteps above me, and plumbing noise every time someone flushed the toilet in a nearby room.

The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s just down the road from the Tilamook cheese factory! However, the TV is woefully outdated—analog with terrible resolution—and the lock on the outside door to our building was broken, leaving the door unlocked most of the time, which is a serious safety issue that should have been fixed immediately.
