Everything was great for the price: peaceful and quiet, I could live like a local in Chiang Mai. It felt like home. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing; from 6 am the staff’s movements were audible, which was a bit disappointing.

The place is in a good spot, quiet and peaceful, and even with a late check‑in the staff were considerate and friendly. I had no expectations for improvement because it’s the type of accommodation it is. I was satisfied with a one‑day stay, and that alone was enough. I accepted the shared bathroom, but it would have been better if the barefoot and towel‑only areas were more strictly separated; the slippers for the bathroom and the shower were all together outside. In the end I slept comfortably. The air conditioning worked well, deliveries were prompt, and the quirky layout made it fun.

“Excellent Budget Stay”

I had a wonderful stay in the heart of the old town. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, making me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. I stayed twice, in room six and room ten. Room six could get a bit hot without AC, while room ten was very comfortable even without it. The location is excellent, right in the old town, with everything close by. A 7‑Eleven is just a four‑minute walk away, and there are small local restaurants just two minutes away on foot. The surroundings are beautiful and getting around is easy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this place.
