The location was excellent, especially the quiet – no unnecessary cars. Breakfast was great, you could assemble many items yourself. The drive to Görlitz was 20 minutes, so you could see a lot. Wi‑Fi was very good. The reception was not always staffed, especially when arriving or leaving; it’s odd that one woman handled both breakfast and reception duties. The owner should be more present and the staff consistently available. In one building dinner was offered and not in the other, which should be consistent with the price. The courtyard looked inviting but was off‑limits, and the lighting could be improved front and back. Better parking would help. Overall it was nice and we had a great time, just need more staff to greet guests, the owner, and so on. I’ll keep recommending it.
