Breakfast was good, the rooms could use a small renovation, and the bathroom was fine—though the shower alternated between cold and warm water, which didn’t bother us much. We will definitely return, and the value for money is acceptable, but the garage was unusable due to construction, forcing us to travel by train.

The only positive thing is the location, but the attached parking garage is closed, making it inconvenient to walk far with luggage; the room was extremely small and very noisy.

The location is the best part of the accommodation, just a 20‑minute walk to both the Rathaus and Speicherstadt, two of Hamburg’s iconic sites, and 10‑15 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof; the area is also quite quiet. However, the shower made noise all night, the room lacked a safe, was quite narrow, and there was no comfortable spot to leave a suitcase once it was open.

The room was not as clean as expected and was even left unmade once; the location is great and central, and we received a free breakfast buffet when the room was dirty, which was generous. The housekeeping needs more training, but the staff are friendly and helpful.
