The reception denied my request after confirmation, which was very bad.

The only good thing was the location, but there was no staff available, tea was served very late, there was no intercom, and the bathrooms were very dirty.

Nothing positive; the room, bed, and bedsheets were dirty, the toilets were filthy, the photos online were fake, the AC didn’t work, and there was no balcony.
