Hotel Sardinero Madrid

The staff were very friendly, the location is great with the metro right next door, and the bedding is good; however, you have to keep the windows shut because of the noise from the busy intersection, though the air conditioning helps.

“A great location for a short stay in Madrid”

The location was great, the shower was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful.

“Bien en términos muy generales, pero deben mejorar…”

The metro and buses were right at the door, very central. The internet was very poor and unstable. The bar on floor 1 had terrible service: I had to get up and grab a soda from the pantry because no one was there to serve us four adults and two kids. When the staff arrived, I told her I wouldn’t stay if I had to take the drink from the pantry, and she just laughed.

“Genial”

The hotel was amazing, they gave me a suite with a terrace and a beautiful room. Everything was ultra clean and detailed, very comfortable. The views were incredible and the area was great. Walking to Retiro took 20 minutes, and there was a fitness room and a restaurant on site with very reasonable prices.

“Hotel excelent”

The hotel was in excellent condition, located right next to the metro and the city center. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. My room was spacious and quiet, though I could see the fountain in the market. The beds and shower were comfortable, and restaurants, cafés and shops were nearby. The only downside was that there were no slippers or toilet brushes.
