Great location, just about 3 minutes from the famous train station. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were extremely friendly. We even used the late‑check‑out option, which let us shower comfortably before the train left. The rooftop pool is stunning and offers a perfect escape from Hanoi’s bustle or a view of the whole city from above.

The hotel was clean, well‑located, and offered great value. The highlight was the rooftop bar’s bartender, who was extremely helpful and skilled. The Wi‑Fi was a bit patchy.

I booked this hotel twice and would book it again; it’s centrally located in the Old Quarter yet the rooms stay pleasantly quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and each morning a fresh fruit tray was waiting for us.
