It’s close to Ruins Train stations and a short walk to bars and restaurants, all within minutes. For the price, at least a continental breakfast should have been included; instead breakfast was just one pastry and a coffee. Communication was only online, and there’s no lift, so climbing the stairs can be a hassle.

A great accommodation for a good price! The outdoor space is nice and ideal for exploring the dig sites and restaurants. The only drawback was that the road was open‑cut and the workers made a lot of noise from 7 am. The breakfast consisted of coffee and a croissant from the coffee shop next door.

The location is great. Everything worked well, even though we made a booking mistake that the gentlemen at Pacifico handled superbly and were very accommodating. They were very helpful and courteous. THANK YOU! The room is very noisy; you hear the neighbours’ every action. The water was out on the first day, but the issue was fixed quickly. Afterwards it was warm, and the heat was not a problem.

The place is in a great spot between the town and Old Pompeii, making it handy for both. It’s also convenient for the station, shops, bars, and restaurants. There’s a nice little terrace with great views across to Vesuvius. Nothing to complain about.

The apartment is large, bright, clean, and the host is very responsive. The location is very good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the apartment is on the second floor with very steep stairs, no lift, and no nearby luggage storage—something not obvious from the photos—which made hauling large suitcases very inconvenient. The host should have warned guests about this, because it was a real problem. I can’t imagine how an older person with health issues could pick up the luggage. We had to find bags, put the contents of the suitcases into them, carry them up separately, and then bring up the empty suitcases.
