I promoted the place on my TikTok and people asked where I stayed, so I’ll definitely return. The only downside was that the restaurant staff were rude.

We accidentally left a bunch of important items in our room and only remembered after three hours of checkout; when we called, everything had already been thrown out, including my wife’s crucial medication and other belongings. That was the only sore point; otherwise everything went well, though staff should be better trained for such situations.

The staff were helpful and the location is decent. The hotel is only a year old, so the furnishings are fairly new. The breakfast was shockingly bad—there wasn’t even fresh water! I read that right: only cheap fruit‑juice concentrates and a single coffee machine. The “food” was subpar and almost inedible: bagged eggs, cheap reheated items, and “overnight oats.” That’s it. The rooms are miles away from what the website or booking platform photos show; clearly the best rooms were photographed for the listings. Our Superior room felt more like a Basic room. The promised view? Nothing. The rooms were blandly furnished and somewhat sterile. The value for money was off; we paid almost 280 € per night, which felt like half the value compared to other hotels. No parking was available, so we had to park 17 minutes away in a partner parking garage and pay about 25 € per day extra. To top it off, a burglar was roaming the hotel during our stay, rattling our door; shortly after, about ten police officers stormed in and apprehended the thief. Overall, it was a highly questionable experience.

The hotel was central and clean, but I felt like I was in an Airbnb with no service or intercom. Some staff were very nice, but one person in particular wasn’t, and I expected more pampering from a hotel; I couldn’t connect with the staff freely.
