The location is perfect, right between Puerto Viejo and Playa Cocles, and the host’s warm hospitality stands out; daily activity suggestions keep you from feeling lost. The dorm could add a wall fan on the upper deck to improve air circulation for the beds.

The hostel is exceptional; traveling alone many times, I never felt more welcomed. It creates a family vibe among guests, now friends, and hosts plenty of activities to meet each other. It’s very comfortable, showers are warm and clean, and the cute animals—including a frequent special guest, a sloth who loves visitors—add charm. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work well for me, but I think internet in Limon is generally poor, so disconnecting a lot helps.

It’s a place full of positive vibes and peace, surrounded by nature and good people, both staff and guests. My favorite dish was the gallo pinto made by Isaac, a real talent—thanks for everything!

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in! It’s super spacious and surrounded by nature. There’s also a yoga studio, outdoor gym, hammocks, and a very comfortable common area. Also spacious for keeping your food in the fridge/cupboards. The staff are so so friendly and kept you in the loop with activities in the area, overall great vibes. Sad I have to leave!
