The hotel is ideally located, offering beautiful views of the Faidherbe Bridge. Located south of the islands, it provides easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and equipped with HD televisions and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. On the downside, the breakfast selection could be improved. Additionally, the hotel is still undergoing construction, so guests should expect some inconvenience, including dust in certain areas

“I won’t come back nor recommend this hotel”

The location was accessible and the grilled lobster I had for dinner one night was tasty. The breakfast was very basic. The room had a small window behind the bed that we couldn’t open to enjoy any view or natural light without standing on top of the bed. We experienced an electricity shortage that lasted 45 minutes, paired with no water in the bathroom (three little shortages in a row the day before). My key was left at the reception this morning; I returned at 9 pm and my room had not been cleaned or prepared. The receptionist didn’t even apologize; she just told me that she wasn’t there that morning and the cleaners didn’t know.

“A éviter”

The hotel didn’t accept credit cards, so I had to pay in cash. There were a few cockroaches in the room. The breakfast was mediocre, the hotel was under renovation, and the pool was out of service.
