“Lovely hotel that was close to all the great attractions and restaurants. Will recommend to others.”

The hotel was very nice with a great restaurant in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful; it’s close to all the great restaurants, tourist tours, and shopping, and it’s an easy walk to The Battery. The pillows in the rooms are too soft and literally swallow your head when you lay down on them, and if you have a room facing the restaurants on Queen (Poogans, Husk, etc.) be aware that they have trash pickup and food delivery trucks every morning very early, and the trucks are very loud—recommend getting a room on the side not facing Queen.

“Average”

The location and the decoration were good, but there was too much furniture in the room and the amenities were broken—for example, all ice machines on every floor were not working.

The smell of the hotel was amazing, the staff were amazing, and the courtyard was the perfect spot to enjoy our complimentary champagne by the fire.

The location was excellent with plenty of parking, and the parking garage is connected to the hotel.

Lunch and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent, but the bar staff seemed clueless about making non‑alcoholic drinks.
