The staff were really nice, and the hotel sat in a convenient spot for driving around Jacksonville near I‑95; the pool was decent and the bathroom was clean and tidy. However, there was a smell in our room, the air‑conditioner was noisy, and the breakfast could have been better.

The location was nice and the staff were friendly, but the room smelled like mold, the carpet was disgusting, and the bathroom was tiny; overall it felt very outdated and in need of a remodel.

The location was great, but the AC in the room barely worked and it was so warm that just a sheet to cover up with was almost too much. I asked the front desk the next morning to have it checked, but nothing was relayed back to us about the issue. The daytime front desk person did not say much and did less.
