The location and the apartment itself were perfect; the layout and ambience were ideal for accessing the balcony and relaxing with the sea waves—exactly what I needed to recharge. I had stayed here before in 2024 and didn’t realize the main hotel had been taken over by a Scandinavian company, so I struggled to locate the check‑in for Hipotels and had to flag down a cleaner who directed me to the Sunwing receptionist. The gentleman there was very helpful and spoke good English, which made a difference. I was disappointed that the takeover meant I wasn’t officially allowed to use the pool or facilities; I don’t think I would have been prevented if I tried, but since Sunwing only accepts package holiday bookings from Scandinavia it would have been obvious I wasn’t meant to be there 🤦‍♀️, so I didn’t bother.

“Zero communication once they’ve got your money. Avoid.”

The property was clean and close to the sea front, restaurants, shops, etc. When we arrived, I discovered I had not been sent any check‑in details; we didn’t know which apartment to go to and it was 7 pm. No one was there to greet us (despite advising them of our arrival time), and the phone number provided just rang out with no response to messages—even the following days—I still had no reply. After wandering around for 2 hours we got a different phone number via ChatGPT, which led us to a nearby Sunwing hotel reception that checked us in on Hipotels’ behalf. A few issues arose: the fridge froze everything despite being on the lowest setting, and the magnifying mirror hung loose so it couldn’t be used without being propped up manually.

“Sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt in einem sauberen Appartement. Zum Wiederhohlen!”

The excellent location with a beautiful sea view from the balcony, where you could sit nicely, was great. The apartment was lovely, with a small living room, bedroom, and kitchen that were sufficient. It was wonderful to have breakfast on the balcony, and in the evenings you could enjoy the surroundings. It should be better stated that the apartment building has no reception. We arrived later in the evening in the dark and found no reception at the address. I tried to call the hotel but couldn’t reach anyone. After about 20 minutes of searching, a young man from the apartment complex told us that the reception was in another hotel next door, about 100 m to the left of our hotel. We could actually check in there; the receptionist was sitting outside chatting with what seemed like friends, which was annoying. The other hotel handles the reception. After that everything went very well; I would book there again.

В загальному самі апартаменти були доволі непогані, просторі, з балконом. Прибирали через день. Постійно оновлювали рушники. Наявність мила і шампуню. У готелі немає власної рецепції. Ми заздалегідь попереджали про пізній заїзд, однак нам ніхто не відповів і жодних інструкцій із самостійного заселення не надав. У результаті ми приїхали пізно ввечері з однорічною дитиною і просто не змогли потрапити всередину. О 2:00 ночі нам довелося шукати інше житло. Лише наступного ранку випадково з'ясувалося, що ключ від апартаментів видають у сусідньому готелі — про що ніде не було вказано. Якби нас вчасно проінформували, оцінка була б на тверду 4. А так через халатність адміністрації ми втратили два дні відпочинку, купу нервів і коштів

“Für unseren einwöchigen Urlaub können wir es getrost weiterempfehlen.”

Die Lage sensationell.saubere gepflegtes Apartment.gemütlich und wohlfühlort. Küchenausstattung sollte das Unternehmen überdenken.Allerdings geht es nur bei einer Besichtigung.nicht vom Schaukelstuhl aus. Die Wohnungseingangstür des Apartments.ließ sich nur mit reichlich Lärm schließen.Okay die Hotel-Nachbarn waren ja nur davon betroffen.nicht das Management des Hotels.Die Reinigung der Zimmer war professionell. Eine BRAT- Pfanne fehlte.für eventuelle Fisch oder Fleischgerichte.Fön fehlte.Teller.Brettchen .Messerauswahl fehlte . Für Nachts fehlte noch etwas Wolliges .für kühlere Nächte. Handtücher wurden gewechselt und waren von guter Baumwollqualität.Fernseher ARD 1 und 2 ZDF Programm nicht vorhanden > TV war aber für uns eh nicht angesagt ! Wie gesagt das Mangement .sollte sich die Apartments anschauen und bei guter geschulter Ausbildung die beschriebenen Mängel für die folgenden Geldbringenden Reisenden beheben. Das geht aber nicht mit 6. Schuljahr Abschluss Pool nicht VORHANDEN.und im Nachbarquartier durfte der Pool ,,wohl,, nicht benutzt werden.! Ätsch trotzdem am Nichtschwimmerkurs teilgenommen !
