The breakfast was amazing and the location was fantastic, but there was no restaurant to eat lunch or dinner.

The boutique hotel sits in Piazza Di Santa Maria Novella, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and gelaterias; the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful; the room was spacious and the bathroom modern; the buffet breakfast was well prepared with a good variety; everything was within walking distance and the area felt very safe.

The location and the breakfast were great, but the room was dark and somewhat austere, the bathroom lacked a shelf, and the shower was a bit small.
