I liked the breakfast, the service, and the location, and the hall looked fine, but the apartment was dirty with leftover fruit from other guests, the towel smelled bad, there was an intense, unresolved leak in the bathroom, the flush had no water, the TV image was poor, the air‑conditioner control didn’t work so I had to turn it off at the outlet, and the minibar was unplugged so I couldn’t use it; I would appreciate a refund.

We really appreciated receptionist Fran, who tirelessly handled all our issues and requests and quickly offered better accommodation options when the one we had booked proved unsuitable. We had booked a standard double with single beds, but the room was too small, the work table barely fit, it wasn’t suitable for two people, and it had maintenance and cleanliness problems. We asked to move to another similar room, which had the same issues, so we requested a triple instead. That room had a larger desk and acceptable beds, but the bathroom was dirty and we had to ask for extra cleaning; we stayed there for one night. The TV and shower installation also had problems, but the TV issue was fixed promptly when we called support. The next day, thanks to Fran, we received a message suggesting another triple room with better conditions—clean, renovated, good beds, working shower, though the TV still had issues that were resolved by support. The Wi‑Fi was down due to a broken cable. The breakfast offered a wide variety and met the contract standards. On the bright side, there was a laundry area available, and the service staff were very helpful throughout, always trying to accommodate us and fix problems.
