The food was very good, but the beach was a bit dirty.

“Lovely but not luxury”

The property is gorgeous with plenty of amenities, but it was very difficult to get anyone to help; the staff don’t seem to know what other departments do. Finding yoga on the beach required five staff members. The air conditioning is unreliable, room service takes two hours, and the phone in the room needs rewiring.

The food was very good, the pool bartenders Yohan, Reynaldo, and Carlos were the best and very friendly, Moisés and Yulian ran the animation well, and María at the pure bar was excellent; the luggage handlers Víctor and Francisco were two-star people, and Antonio and Víctor in the lobby were excellent. I had an issue because the air in the room they assigned didn’t work, so they moved me four times before finally giving me a room that worked (Francisca and Rosario, the lobby bartenders, are the heaviest people on the planet).

“Fue lo peor que pudimos pasar.”

Al llegar, separaron nuestra reserva, colocando a nuestros hijos a 1 edificio de distancia, siendo menores de edad. Al rebatir, nos dieron habitaciones juntas, pero, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Un personal de mantenimiento llamó e indicó que pasaría a solucionar y NUNCA llegó. Nos retiramos del hotel y entregamos las habitaciones al día siguiente, a las 9:30 am

“family-friendly place”

I love that this place is family‑friendly, with plenty of fun activities for kids; our room was in a perfect spot, close to the pool and not far from the beach. The staff was excellent and always ensured we had everything we needed, promptly assisting us whenever we asked. Everything was conveniently located, so we didn’t have to walk far between spots. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for the whole family. The drinks offered to privileged guests were not premium, even though they were advertised as such; they served the same drinks as everyone else, which was disappointing. Some food lacked flavor: on the first night I had roasted pork that tasted as if it had been cooked without seasoning; the second night was better because we dined at the Italian restaurant, but not everyone in my family enjoyed their meal. My younger daughter and I liked our food, but my oldest daughter ordered a hamburger that had absolutely no flavor—plain grilled meat with no seasoning at all—and she couldn’t eat it, so we had to send it back. My wife ordered a meat risotto; the meat was okay, but the risotto itself was terrible in both presentation and taste. Overall, while we enjoyed certain aspects, the quality of the drinks and the inconsistency of the food were disappointing and could definitely be improved.
