Le Pervinche Affittacamere

The camera is charming and welcoming, with private parking and a friendly, courteous host. The location is ideal for reaching Assisi. 5⭐️

“Peccato aver dovuto proseguire il viaggio: sarebbe stato piacevolissimo fermarsi più a lungo”

The room and bathroom (with a window!) were comfortable and spotless, and the room stayed quiet despite its “strategic” spot near Perugia and Assisi for quick, easy travel. There was direct access from the garden and a parking spot, plus a separate air‑conditioner. The owner was very kind and helpful, and the coffee pods and electric teapot made the place feel instantly “home”! 😃 PS: windows with mosquito nets! 👍 The car GPS kept steering us to the wrong street even after setting the correct address; Waze worked fine. In any case, the owner met us at the gate entrance. A more visible sign would help, especially at night—what’s there is small and behind the road.

“Punto strategico e proprietario disponibilissimo.”

The property was spotless, with linens that included sheets, blankets, extra pillows, and towels. Breakfast featured brioches, coffee pods, tea, and bottled water. The location was super convenient, with parking right in front of the door, 8 minutes to Santa Maria degli Angeli, and 20 minutes to the parking in Piazza Giovanni Paolo II just below San Francesco’s basilica. The owner was very kind and available.
