The Ibis Sion hotel is located on Sion's eastern outskirts, near the A9 motorway and Sion Airport. Spacious rooms offer cosy beds and functional bathrooms. The Swiss Bistro serves traditional cuisine, while a 24-hour bar and terrace provide relaxation. Nearby Old Town features Château de Tourbillon and Basilique Notre-Dame de Valère. Golf courses and tennis courts are 1 km away.

A good, practical hotel. Breakfast was great and more than enough. Nothing else.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, straightforward, and always available. The location was quiet and well‑situated, giving a sense of safety. The breakfast lacked variety; a few dried fruits, four‑quarter cakes, and more types of bread would have improved it.

The staff were always attentive and friendly, and the spot was ideal for a short stay in Sion (business, etc). There was no active air‑conditioning, the TV channels were only in English, and we couldn’t get the settings changed even with the staff’s help, so the room was very hot.
