I’m a many‑time return guest, and what I like most is the family feeling—from reception to F&B to the cleaning staff, all are super helpful and friendly. Maya in the bar is just a delight, always smiling! Nothing.

Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Staff were lovely. Had dinner one evening, and that was very good. Touch of luxury with bath robes and a mini fridge. Not the best location for central London, but close to the underground and good for museums. Can’t think of anything.

Very, very cozy hotel, great location—not far from the metro, with a bus stop next to the hotel, and a shopping centre within a 20‑minute walk. I really liked the area—few tourists, beautiful old houses, many small grocery supermarkets. The metro to the centre takes about 20 minutes. The hotel itself is in a historic building; the room was in excellent condition, the bathroom was all new, no plumbing problems, and the window opens. Breakfasts are tasty, though a bit monotonous—nothing to complain about. We were very satisfied with our holiday. Thank you! Everything liked.

The hotel has a nice modern style, beautiful rooms, and a very good breakfast. It’s close to the East Putney metro station and a bus stop right outside the door. The location is very convenient outside the city centre, but close to public transport and plenty of restaurants and shops. We didn’t use the in‑house restaurant in the evening, but it looked fine. Friendly staff. The bed was a bit hard for my weight, and I also felt a kind of indentation. Nevertheless, we had a good stay.

The staff were wonderful, especially the front desk. It’s a lovely boutique hotel, my room was comfortable, quiet, and clean, and there was a kettle and coffee machine. The spread at breakfast was amazing with a really good selection of delicious fresh food, both hot and cold options. I had dinner in the hotel too and that was really good! Coffee and tea were not served at the table; there was one machine that made whatever you wanted—cappuccino, hot water, etc.—so you had to wait in line for it. I don’t need my coffee served at the table, but it would be nice if there were a couple of pots of coffee at the buffet to help yourself to.
