The booking on Booking was for two separate beds, but when I arrived the staff said there was only one double room. When I asked “Why is this? Why doesn’t it match the booking?” the receptionist said it was because Booking automatically confirmed. I’m telling you, you need to communicate and double‑check what you’re actually booking. The booking wasn’t made on the day of arrival; it was made 1.5–2 weeks in advance. When I raised the issue about the booking time, they told me other people had booked in August. But is that my problem? I don’t think so. Communicate! And yes, if someone is whispering behind a wall, you’ll hear all the intimate and private details, so take that into account.

The room was spacious and spotless with a comfortable bed, but the road noise was a bit annoying.
