Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar

“Could be better.”

The staff were helpful and friendly, guiding us well around the city, and our pets enjoyed their stay. We stayed three nights in two rooms, but the bathrooms had drainage issues: when using the shower the water flowed back into the room instead of draining out.

“Luxurious stay…”

Our stay at Mercure Lucknow was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by smiling faces, warm hospitality, and a highly professional reception team that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We booked three rooms and were delighted to have them arranged next to each other, which was perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The large windows allowed plenty of natural sunlight, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere. Hot water and drinking water were readily available, and even the elegant glass bottles reflected the hotel’s attention to detail. The food was another highlight of our stay! Everything was delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including biryani, sandwiches, burgers, khichdi, and breakfast. The quality, taste, and special attention given to every detail truly impressed us. The lobby and seating areas were welcoming, and the children’s play area was a wonderful addition, making the hotel even more family‑friendly. The location is also excellent and strategic, with easy access to major shopping destinations such as Phoenix Palassio, Lulu Mall, and Phoenix United Mall, making shopping and outings convenient. What truly made our experience exceptional was the hospitality, professionalism, and genuine warmth of the staff. Every interaction made us feel valued and welcomed. Mercure Lucknow didn’t just provide us with a place to stay; they made our entire experience luxuriously fantastic! We left with wonderful memories and complete satisfaction. Highly recommended for families, business travellers, and anyone looking for comfort, excellent food, spacious rooms, and outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Mercure Lucknow, for such a wonderful and memorable stay

“Good location”

I never had breakfast during my visit, but that was the only thing that stood out.

The location was good and the breakfast was tasty 👍, but the pillows needed improvement, the height of the commode was an issue, and the room should include at least two relax chairs.
