Elsi welcomed us at the front desk and was very pleasant and available. We also enjoyed the cooking class right across from the hotel—a great experience and a lovely memory for the kids! The hotel’s location is ideal, right on the sea, which is really nice. The room and bathroom were basic, but given the price, that’s perfectly acceptable. It’s not extravagant luxury, but the value for money is excellent. We also liked the water dispenser in the shared kitchen and the outdoor tables for breakfast or dinner. The hammocks are very relaxing, and the shuttle to Isla Múcura is a real bonus. A simple, pleasant address in a great spot, perfect for enjoying the sea without breaking the bank. The communication with the owner, Éric, was unfortunately quite difficult via WhatsApp, and the exchanges felt very focused on financial matters.

The room was very comfortable, offering a great view of the sea, and the location was spot on; the cost‑benefit ratio was excellent and the service was very attentive. Honestly, if you’re mindful of where you’re going, it’s hard to find anything I didn’t like because what was delivered matched what was promised.
