“Cómodo el hotel pero incómodo con el personal”
The location is good, but the staff’s attitude was somewhat discriminatory, so I give it a 7.0/10.

The front desk clerk was rude and uninviting at check in, acting like I was putting her out to check us in.

The shower was leaking all around the handle, the room had a little smell, and the bed was very uncomfortable—seems to be broken down.
