The staff were friendly and helpful. When another guest left a mess in the elevator, the staff noticed and cleaned it up quickly. The rug wasn’t vacuumed properly between guests, and there were seeds by a table leg in the middle of the room. At breakfast I think a sausage I was about to eat was not fully cooked.

The room was spacious and the linens were clean, with easy parking access. Bathroom cleanliness could use improvement, and the room had an odd odor.

Nice hotel, clean, staff friendly, but the pillows are terrible—really empty and “motonnés”; you’ll need to improve that.

The room was dirty, the service terrible, the amenities were just okay, water leaked in several spots, there were exposed wiring boxes, unfinished renovations, the place was very dirty, and the staff were rude and unhelpful.
