We booked a single night, specifying arrival between 19 and 29 h. No one was there: no cars, all shutters closed. We didn’t receive any text about a bell or anything else. I’m still waiting for a refund because we couldn’t enter the property and had to find a room in Poitiers. Everything was ruined because we couldn’t get the room.
