“Beautiful room, annoying payment and communication”

I stayed in a garden hut that was absolutely beautiful. It was perfectly clean and comfortable with great facilities for cooking. Guests need to know you have to pay before arrival by Revolut or the host might cancel your reservation. The messages about this are abrupt and my day was ruined trying to figure out if my payment had worked or if I needed to change my plans quickly. My trains and ongoing travel all depended on certainty with this but the host was absolutely no help at all.

I had a very good contact with the owner, helpful. Clean, comfortable, elegant. About 15-20 minutes walk to the center, but also a bus stop nearby. Important to follow the information after booking, because the payment requires action, I trust the option is checked and works.

There was not much. The cleaning – the unit was tidy. I’ll pay more attention to details next time. I travel regularly, stay at hotels, etc., and this was very below average. Overpriced, miniature “renovated” unit. It’s clean, but… I find the hot water heating absolutely tragic, as two people can’t properly wash because the hot water runs out. Never again! The location is the second worst! Street parking is public, and in such a city you’ll just circle around hoping someone local will leave. The accommodation is overpriced and doesn’t meet basic expectations. The description and photos at booking were nice, but reality deviates greatly.
