We had a truly enchanting experience! ❤️ The hotel gave us a special Venetian vibe—its beauty, romance, and unique charm. You feel more than a tourist, you feel part of this amazing city. I especially want to thank the staff for their hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. These little touches make a stay truly unforgettable. We left with the warmest memories. It’s a place we want to return to!

A superb, spotless room with a view of the canal. The area is excellent, full of restaurants, trattorias, and shops.

The canal-side location was great, and the staff were very helpful, arranging excellent transportation to the cruise ship we asked for. Breakfast was good, and the dining room staff were again very good. The bed was way too hard for our liking, the walls were thin, and the lift was the slowest in Christendom.
