The breakfast was superb, the staff incredibly friendly, and the room was just right. Everything was well decorated, the breakfast terrace was lovely, and everything stayed very clean. There was no TV in the rooms. The staff spoke Spanish, French, and English without any trouble, and when something wasn’t clear they made a real effort, especially the breakfast team. The Riad sits right in the heart of the medina, so once you step outside everything changes. The medina is a very unique area. Free Wi‑Fi is available in the Riad. The only downside was the location, but all riads are in the medina.

“Perfect retreat in Marrakech”

Everything was perfect! It was a calm, quiet escape from Marrakech’s bustling souks. The staff were warm and lovely. Each day we got a small surprise in our room – cookies, oranges, rose petals – and the shower was the best part of the trip. I just loved it.

“Poor customer service,”

The interior of the place was pretty nice. Customer service was not very good. I was booked on an excursion and was promised a 7.30 am breakfast before I left, but nobody came to give me breakfast and I had to leave without any, even though it was included in the price I paid. I ended up traveling for 4 hours (more than twice what I was told) and had to buy chocolate bars at a stop because there was no breakfast. The door was very slow to open. I wasn’t given a key and was told I had to knock to get in. Sometimes I had to knock 4 or 5 times while standing in a dark alleyway before someone let me in. If you’re on the ground floor there’s often a lot of chatter until late at night, making it hard to sleep.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Riad! ❤️ Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Hassan und Javad möchten wir herzlich danken. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an die Chefin Melonie, die uns sogar angeboten hat, am Abreisetag bis zu unserem Flug im Riad bleiben zu dürfen. Das war wirklich sehr aufmerksam und entgegenkommend! 🥰 Das Frühstück war superlecker, vielfältig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Riad von Herzen weiterempfehlen. 🇲🇦✨
