“The staff at restaurant was friendly and nice”
The location was great, but I stayed for three nights and my room was cleaned only once. I asked housekeeping repeatedly, yet the first two days passed without a clean. My kids couldn’t use the pool because a large group of noisy children occupied it for over five hours, leaving no chance for a comfortable swim. I raised the issue with the manager and front desk several times, but no effective action was taken. I’m extremely disappointed with the housekeeping and the management’s response to the pool problem. These issues ruined our stay and fell far below my expectations. I would like management to explain how this happened and what compensation can be offered for this disappointing experience.
