The front‑desk staff were respectful and friendly, yet the bed linens were dirty and smelly, the pickup bus left early so I had to take a lift to the airport or I’d miss my flight, I told the night‑shift worker I’d never return to Econo Lodge, and the room had no phone.

Being close to the airport and the price worked in our favor, but the free shuttle never showed up at the spot we were waiting, so we had to wait 45 minutes before we could hop on. The hotel had a smoky odor, and while it was somewhat clean, it definitely missed finer details.

Nothing was good; roaches crawled on the walls and floor, and there was a dead cockroach.

The proximity to the airport was a definite plus.
