The staff were very friendly and adapted kindly to our needs, yet everything was perfect.

The staff were extremely attentive, kind, and helpful, but they were alone and struggled to keep up; parking was good, and the natural surroundings were quiet. The mattress was awful, the whole place was dirty with hair, stains, and odors, walls were full of dead mosquitoes, the 1600 ac bed with springs hurt the ribs, there was no air conditioning and it was unbearably hot, and the shower was so shallow you couldn’t bend down. Paying €400 for a night with dust mites, hair, mosquitoes, and springs made the worst days of my life in a hotel; please update the sheets, towels, and mattresses and improve cleaning because the location is lovely and secluded, so it’s a shame with such nice and attentive staff.
