They didn't clean the room every day, the room lacked ventilation, and there was a fan noise from the ceiling. The room cleaning was subpar.

The cleaning was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the bed and the room overall were very comfortable. The hallway carpet was in terrible condition, the common areas felt old, and there was a repetitive banging on the room ceiling every night.
