The rooms were freshly renovated in the city centre. The owner greeted us upon arrival and made us feel at home. The room and bathroom were spotless and conveniently situated. Lanciano is a welcoming city, and everyone we encountered was very kind.

The spot is spot‑on, and the studio in the old refurbished house is lovely; the AC worked flawlessly and the window insulation kept street noise out. Everything was very good.
