The host’s attitude towards guests is exceptional, with a lovely personal touch like meeting in person and gifting items from a local farm. The lady is charming and friendly, making you feel at home. Even though breakfast wasn’t listed in the booking, we received a nice simple breakfast that was more than enough. The area is quiet and peaceful with a mountain view, and it’s highly recommended—one of the best stays during our three‑week European trip.

A very pleasant stay with an older lady. Contact is a bit difficult if you don’t speak Italian, but she has a charming personality.

The host was incredibly friendly and warm, the rooms were clean and stylishly decorated, and the terrace offered amazing views. The lounge was spacious and comfortable, breakfasts were tasty, and the station Piona was just about 700 m away. Parking spots were secured by a gate. We felt very well taken care of, so thank you!

The location is great and easy to reach, the owner is very kind, and the view is beautiful; the room and bathroom are both very spacious.
