I enjoyed a lovely stay at The Grey Hotel while I was in Naples for the marathon; it was a solid base for city exploration and made the trip even better. Thanks to the team for a great experience – I’d gladly come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!

Because we checked out early in the morning, we missed breakfast. The front desk staff were very helpful and arranged an early‑morning taxi to the airport.

The bed was comfortable, the room was big, the toiletries kit was good, the coffee quality was fine, the windows insulated the room well, and the staff were friendly. However, the bathroom and room maintenance were lacking, we couldn’t use the balcony because the street noise was too loud, and there was a sewage smell in the stairwell and at the building entrance.

The place is very nice with friendly owners. Nothing else.

The only thing that worked for me was the location. The building is too old, noise starts at seven, it was too noisy to sleep, the mattress was awful, and my back has been hurting ever since.
