The bedroom met expectations, as did the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the TV had all the streaming apps—Spotify, Netflix, YouTube. There was also a heater that kept the room warm. The door was the first thing that was hard to use; I’d suggest they use a key or set up a buzzer like the front door on the website for the room door as well. The drain didn’t empty as quickly as usual, but otherwise it was very nice.

Our experience at this accommodation was quite unpleasant. From the moment we arrived, we had many problems opening the doors and it took a long time to get in. Once inside, we found a shocking lack of cleanliness and hygiene. The bathroom was very dirty, with fecal residue and numerous small hairs, and the sink was clogged so water wouldn’t drain. The shower mat was in terrible condition. Additionally, there was a very unpleasant odor in all the rooms. The sheets were dirty, with yellow stains and hairs of various sizes, and the pillows emitted a strong foot odor, making it very uncomfortable to sleep there. To top it off, there was absolutely nothing to eat in the kitchen and the sink was also very dirty. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The lack of hygiene and the conditions in which we found the accommodation are unacceptable, especially when you pay for a stay that should guarantee basic cleanliness and comfort.

I never checked in because the place was so filthy and disappointing—disgraceful in every way. Everything was a problem!
