The location is very convenient, just a 2‑step walk from St Pancras. There was no hot water in the morning and the shower was clogged; I had to wait 10 minutes for hot water, and the syphon was blocked. The Wi‑Fi was also poor.

The location was excellent, right next to the British Museum, and there were plenty of breakfast and coffee spots just around the corner.

The spot was great, but on the last day there was no hot water, and even after we asked and they promised, the room wasn’t accessible or suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The place was fantastic, close to eateries and train stations, and the staff were polite and helpful; the décor felt a little dated, yet the room was tidy and cozy. However, the single‑glazed windows let in noise a few times at night.

La ubicación no es mala, bastante cerca del metro y el personal es atento y amable. Muy caro para la calidad del hotel, precio excesivo, habitaciones viejas, las camas de la triple grandes y bastante bien, pero muy ruidoso y de limpieza regulera, las cortinas eran granates y tenian una capa de polvo de no haber sido limpiadas en años. El suelo con moqueta también muy vieja
