The environment was pleasant, ideal for children. The staff were very kind from arrival to departure, always helpful. Even when I forgot things, they were very willing to send them back. I would gladly return.

The breakfast was relaxed and there were plenty of options to choose from, but the cleanliness was lacking and there were dust everywhere in the room.

The surroundings of the hotel were beautiful, close to the wellness area and child attractions, but the apartment had a very steep staircase to the bedroom, unsuitable for small children.
