The place is perfectly situated near Quito’s city center and easy to reach. My room was spotless and very pleasant. The front‑desk staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was hearty and tasty. Initially the location made us feel a bit uneasy, but everything settled down quickly.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was nice, and the courtyard was well presented with plants. Breakfast was good, and the hotel’s location was close to cafés and local food spots that were reasonably priced. I had trouble finding directions on maps and ended up walking a lot, getting lost and exhausted. Even the taxis got lost and drove around for a long time for a short trip to the hotel, and then I had to walk and locate the place myself—very frustrating.

It’s a great family‑run spot with excellent breakfast and a superb location. There’s a bit of noise at night, but since it’s in the city they do provide ear plugs.

Nice spot for exploring the city and great breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. The room can be a bit noisy because it’s directly connected to the lobby/breakfast area.

The hotel feels cozy, the common area is pleasant, and the staff are quite attentive. Even though it’s very close to the old town, locals don’t recommend the area. The breakfast could be better.
