The front‑desk girl was very nice. Right in front of the room at 11 o’clock at night there was a van working on something mechanical, making a lot of noise. A huge dog was in front of the van, barking constantly right outside the room, and the next room over seemed like a myth addict. When I walked into the room it smelled horribly of smoke and mildew, and the carpet was disgusting. I’m a single woman traveling and didn’t feel safe there. I had to ask for a refund. I still don’t know if I’m getting one. I left and went somewhere else. Don’t stay there.

I’ve been here before, but this time the TV was completely dead, and when the staff suggested moving me to an upstairs room I refused because I couldn’t climb the stairs. I stayed in the lower‑floor room, where the bathtub was riddled with cracks and the walls needed repainting. There were no USB outlets or similar conveniences.
