The hotel’s location was great and the food was outstanding, yet parking was missing, the overall cleanliness fell short, and staff coordination seemed lacking. We had booked a Panditji for the rituals, but he didn’t show up on time, which is a big deal given the emotional and religious weight of these ceremonies; the management should handle such arrangements more responsibly. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but better parking, cleaner rooms, more coordinated staff, and punctual ritual services would make a noticeable difference.
