The spot was spot on, and the staff greeted me warmly from the moment I arrived, always ready to help. I appreciated having a kettle and mini‑fridge in the room. Unfortunately, I had to leave early because the season was ending and the hotel was closing.

The front‑desk team was friendly and very helpful, and the property sits within a 5‑minute walk of the harbour and the main bus station, making it easy to get around Ibiza. I’m about a 10‑minute walk from Café del Mar and Café Mambo. On occasion, some guests were noisy, but it was brief and the staff handled it quickly. I also found out the pool I thought I could use had already closed for the season.

The hotel is very proper, and Aziz at reception deserves special mention for being very helpful and friendly, adding a definite plus to the place.

The hotel is super well‑located, clean, comfortable, and the receptionists are very friendly.

It was very clean, the staff were available 24/7 and could speak English, and Aziz was very nice. The air‑conditioner’s heating function did not work.
