Facilities, staff, and my room were good. There was a buzzing noise in the room, which I think was the air conditioning; when I turned it off, the sound stopped but the room wasn’t cool, which was fine. The view was better than my first stay, but the buzzing still bothered me.

Breakfast was really nice, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent—just a walk to the casino. Nothing else comes to mind.

I love the central city location. The staff were friendly, the bed was soft, and the breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was awful and the variety was very limited. I lost my valuable jewelry at the hotel; the staff and management were very rude, and it feels like the hotel had no responsibility at all. This is the worst, most unserviceable hotel I have ever stayed in.
