The location is good if you want peace and not too far from the city. Breakfast was full and the woman in charge of service was very friendly. Our experience was disappointing, mainly because of the lack of transparency with the booking. I booked for three people, but I wasn’t given the option to choose two rooms nor was I told about it until I received the confirmation. When we arrived, we saw that both rooms were huge and we could have slept perfectly together in one. We had to pay for two rooms when one would have been enough for all three. They told us we had been offered a higher category, but we were never given the choice or clearly explained the extra cost before confirming the reservation. We don’t know if it was a Booking error or the property’s, but we find this lack of transparency unacceptable. Also, the cleanliness was not entirely satisfactory and we had trouble accessing the property on several occasions, with no response to our WhatsApp messages or receiving it too late. We felt quite neglected.
