The view, the big room, sliding doors with a pretty large balcony, and mini‑golf with colorful lights were pretty cool, but one bed was hard, one soft, and the pillows matched that pattern.

I don’t usually complain, but this situation needs attention before it reaches the media for safety and hygiene reasons. We didn’t receive what we booked: no extra bedroom, no patio, just a single unit with two beds separated by walls and a roof that seemed to house rodents. My dog barked and growled most nights, and the noise was especially unsettling for a special‑needs child who was already overstimulated and needed a separate bedroom.
