“Proffisional staff good rooms”
Staff are very friendly and they provide whatever missing items or things needed as soon as possible, rooms and view were good, quite and peaceful place with reasonable price but it’s off course better and easy because you have your own car. The ramps are many inside the hotel because it’s built on a mountain so you have to be a good driver 😅 it’s not something I did not like it gives a good view though. Cleaning must be done better and taking care of more slightly
Комфортное проживание, красивый вид на озеро

A wonderful stay in Sapanca! The hotel fully matched the description . The location is excellent and the view was absolutely amazing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Thank you Aimen for your help. We really appreciated their hospitality and the attention to detail. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
