The location is great, the room was lovely with a fantastic view of the harbor, fresh and well‑cleaned. There was a nice little bar/café for breakfast. The shared toilets and showers were a downside, but overall it was very fresh.

Two staff members chatted with us, served tasty coffee, cocktails, and cake. Two female guests in the adjacent room kept talking loudly until about 11:30, and their voices carried through the walls.
