The 18th‑century house had traditional high ceilings, spacious rooms, comfortable brass‑post beds, and was very clean; Graham and Hillary were fabulous hosts, very friendly and accommodating to individual needs, and the home‑cooked breakfast was fantastic, with a lovely selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Everything was brilliant: the hosts were genuinely friendly, the room was spotless, the breakfast was amazing, the house itself is lovely, and Kelso is beautiful 😍. Nothing fell short, everything was perfect.

As with my earlier visits, the stay at Bellevue was flawless in every respect—comfortable, a great host, and a wonderful breakfast. Nothing to note, it was perfect.
